Ilium Productions have brought together leading artistic figures to create a powerful cross-disciplinary piece. This unique event marks the first time collaboration between writer Jonathan Holmes, composer Nitin Sawhney and artists Lucy & Jorge Orta.

The set, conceived by renowned contemporary artists Lucy and Jorge Orta, will form a substantial art installation in its own right and will be open daily to the public for the run of the play. It is designed to create a sensory, 360° experience, incorporating real vehicles and uniforms in a way which is typical of Orta’s dramatic and performative style.

Multi-Award winning composer and musician Nitin Sawhney has created an original score, which will provide a potent soundscape for the performance and similarly deepen the experience for audience and actors.

Lucy Orta’s installation and Nitin Sawhney’s score will provide aural and visual landscapes within which the testimonies are given a visceral and highly evocative platform. During the performance, the audience will be taken on a physical as well as emotive journey to witness interviews and events. <
